When I chose Sears, Andy also worked with me in regards to pricing and financing.

George Johnson and his crew arrived and finished on time, leaving the surrounding area spotless. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Sears to anyone interested in re-siding their home.

We recently had our house sided by the Sears Home Improvement organization. We were treated very well from the initial call to our home thru the final walk around with the installers.

We were impressed with the professionalism of the sales representative Joe Goldsberry. He made no claims that Sears would not be able to fulfill. When the installers, John and Linda Hammond, arrived, they worked at a steady pace taking care of every difficulty as it presented itself. In talking with Joe Goldsberry, we had discovered that siding an old house such as ours with braces under the eaves and disintegrating stucco would be problematic. John and Linda did a superb job, and made it look wonderful. Techniques that John used to apply the soffit (mitering the corners where necessary, etc.) resulted in a very impressive completion to the project. All the while John and Linda were working, people stopped by on their way to the post office (just down the street). In addition to the positive comments on the beautiful color, John's workmanship was mentioned. Both Joe and John were very understanding of our need to keep the current windows (cost prohibitive for now) and to keep the character of the house. The care and treatment John gave the windows will allow for changes in the future if we wish. Throughout the time John and Linda were here, we were very impressed with their cheerful attitude and professional demeanor. John took time to answer questions without slowing his pace. They worked good long days, always arriving before 8:30 am. They finished in good time, only losing one day to weather.

We will happily recommend the Sears team to anyone who is thinking of getting work done.

I am writing this letter to you in reference to the work that has been done to our home in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas. I purchased “Sears Best” vinyl siding to be placed on my home and was amazed at the speed in which it was accomplished from the time I first signed the contract to the day of completion! I cannot stress strongly enough my satisfaction of the end result and the two individuals (contractors) that performed the installation, who were Mr. Carroll Martin and Mr. James Nickens. They showed up for work in a very timely manner and started to work immediately upon their arrival and were constant throughout the day. Their attention to detail was impeccable; all my questions were answered in great detail and to my satisfaction. At the end of the day, all their equipment was restacked back on their trailer and around my home was completely cleaned up, and they informed me of their departure and what time to expect their return the following morning (and they were right on time). Upon the completion of their work, they walked me around the entire house for an inspection of their work and to answer any questions that I might have. In my opinion, these two gentlemen are a total asset to the name of Sears. I thank you, and especially these two gentlemen, for a job very well done!

Dear Mr. Danner,

After having some repair work done on my vinyl siding on my house today, July 11, 2006, I felt compelled to write to you. The repair technician, Brian Geary, who was assigned to answer my service call, was very competent and professional in his work. In today's world, I have typically discovered myself to be spending anywhere from three to seven hours waiting for a service person to appear (and only then, after I have made several calls to inquire if and when the service person would arrive). After work has finally been completed, I find myself paying twice as much for work that is inferior, with a quality that is only one-half what it should be.

I can't say enough about Brian, and I have the highest praise for him and for Sears. Brian was not only punctual, but arrived early and did his work efficiently and expertly. He was very polite and professional, and he asked me to check his work to see if it met my satisfaction before he secured the siding that had to be replaced. I was very pleased with the high quality of his work, and I was actually happy to pay the extremely fair and quite reasonable $100 total cost of service and repairs.

I give Brian my highest commendation, and I cannot praise him enough. I want to assure you that I have been a satisfied Sears customer, and I will remain a loyal Sears supporter. I also enjoyed the remainder of my day, which I had to myself thanks to Brian's promptness and efficiency.

This is an unsolicited letter of appreciation for Ron Adams and his crew. They arrived at my house to discover that the siding job they were assigned was more challenging than they expected. While they set about deciding on an appropriate course of action, they never complained that the job was significantly more difficult than their expectation based on the instructions they received from the Sears company.

Instead of a two story house, they faced a four story with decks, porches and stairs. They discovered that their equipment needed to be expanded in order to reach the higher elevations of my house and they proceeded to take the necessary steps to secure that equipment, again without complaint. As a customer of Sears and a direct recipient of the work produced by Ron and his crew, I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with the results of their efforts.

In addition, I can without hesitation give a personal recommendation for Mr. Adams and his crew. Ron took great care to make sure that my husband and I, as homeowners, understood the decisions that he made and the adjustments that this required. He and his crew were respectful, friendly and caring throughout the week and a half that they worked on our property. We entrusted them with the care of our home and allowed them access to the facilities as well as any other services we could render on their behalf. As I work at home, I appreciated the fact that they never intruded on my work space or time.

They were prompt on the job, they worked consistently throughout the day and they put in long hours each and every day. At the end of each day they cleared up all of the debris so that we faced a home that looked good even when it was in the middle of the construction.

I recommend Mr. Adams as a crew leader. He is a highly qualified professional who puts his client's interests at the heart of the job and he takes great pride in doing a superior job.
